NetShops, Inc. was formed in the fall of 2001 under the name Quadrant II. At that time we had just one operational retail site - Hammocks.com. The following two years saw an expansion to twelve different sites, such as AdirondackChairs.com and Benches.com. An affiliate program was launched in 2003, featuring twelve stores. 2004 saw several more stores added, and the affiliate program was expanded to include more than 100 websites.

Which brings us to 2005. In April, we changed our name to NetShops (same owners - new name), and with that name change came a new look. This website encompasses the Netshops affiliate program in it's entirety, featuring real-time statistics, hundreds of banners, and the brand new NetShops University.

Sara Austad joined the Netshops Affiliate team in 2008 and came to the company after many years of retail, internet and affiliate program management work with a national golf retailer. While she does help take care of the day to day reports at Netshops, Sara is focused on the overall program success. This means overseeing creatives, promotions, recruiting and adding to the affiliate knowledge base. She is your go-to for most questions or requests you might have and if she doesn't have the answer right away, she'll definitely get it for you. Along with playing golf and cooking, Sara is also a huge fan of Minnesota Vikings football and Murder She Wrote reruns. (Insert Murder She Wrote joke here.)

Marie Bardouniotis joined the Netshops Affiliate team in late 2007 with a background in mostly sales and marketing. She handles incoming applications, changes in accounting, commission payments for affiliates as well as assisting in creatives, promotions and basically the day to day operations on a variety of ideas in the affiliate program. Marie is part of a support team in making sure things are up to speed from answering e-mails to working with the affiliate manager in upcoming projects. Now her last name is Greek, so don't even try to pronounce it. So if you got a question, just ask for Marie she will be happy to assist you. Aside from working with the affiliate program, she loves acting, dance, traveling, cooking and anything creative. She loves fashion, shopping and is always on the look out for a great deal, especially on the internet.

No worries, Chad Bring is still a part of NetShops, although his job duties are focused in other areas of the marketing team. He will be around to help Sara and Marie during this transition phase.
